Kick addictions, use fear in your favor,
learn how to quantum jump!
PHASE 1
Overcome Fear Quickly
Explore the world, get clear on goals, and build a life you absolutely love!
PHASE 2
Build Your Dream Life
Infinite expansion, abundant blessings, creative mastery, and way, way more!
PHASE 3
More & More
Breathe in. Breathe Out.
Breathe in. Breathe Out.
A Quick Tune-Up
1 Focus your inhaling breath on your left foot
2 As you inhale, imagine you are a powerful vacuum sucking up all the stress, fear, and stagnant or low frequency energies (LF) trapped in your foot
3 “Pull” the LFs into your lungs with a big full breath
BREATHE IN
4 Exhale the LF out through your nose or mouth into the Universe – your body will fill with blissful high frequencies (HF)
5 Repeat for all arms, legs, head, core, spine, chakras, and tension spots
6 You might feel a tingling or buzzy sensation – that’s good!
BREATHE OUT
Don’t inhale the outside to bring it inside, inhale the inside to take it outside.
This will make you feel high without substances. Enjoy!

Rainbow Kitten Surprise
I’ve been a lowkey RKS fan for like a decade now and finally got to see them live as a standby events EMT a few months ago. I searched them up right before the show and noticed the lead singer had changed… and dug a little deeper. The original lead singer came out as Trans a little while back – I had no clue – and I started tearing up when watching them perform. Ela (lead singer) was dancing around, looking free as could be.
Being punk and an artist has always meant being inclusive. Happy Pride all year long yall! I’ll always be your friend, ally, and advocate :)
Get to Know Jess
Welcome to the new wild west, where everyday life gets a whole lot more… exhilarating.
Jess has nearly 20 years in professional creative design and creating unique events and experiences for nonprofits and consumer brands. When she got sober (June 4, 2017), she thought $20,000/month for rehab that doesn’t really guarantee you anything was, well, total BS. So she set out to redesign the entire recovery system. What happened along the way was a roller coaster of discovery, beauty, belly laughs, transcendence, and a whole lotta rough drafts.
Jess (unbeknownst to her at the beginning) would end up traveling around the world and walk into thousands of different rooms (AKA dimensions 😉) to find the gems of wisdom that she weaves throughout the sobriety path she teaches. She incorporates good design, ancient spiritual teachings, all religions & philosophies & recovery paths, art principles & concepts, and innovative neural science along with her own creative imagination into the sobriety course. She’ll share with you all that she knows, and then some!
Sober & alcohol-free events, volunteer service opportunities, design challenges to help solve community, national, and global issues coming soon!
